You just haven't met ME yet... No question--we are all technically Christians. My mom took us to church when I was little and I went to Sunday school a lot, but as far back as I can rememebr, I just automatically grew up knowing there was a God, and I learned about Jesus and believe in Him as our Lord and Saviour because it all makes sense. There could be no other way, and I have read about what the other religions believe but I could never accept anything else...I joined this site because right now I need a good Christian Godly man in my life as I have been working on my walk with the Lord for a number of years and have been in repentance for mistakes I've made, and thank God for His forgiveness. I have been involved in several long-term, seemingly promising relationships that turned out to cause hurt and pain and were ultimately learning lessons. Don't need or want any more of those. BTW I am not going to chase after anyone on here--I prefer to be pursued instead. I have old-fashioned, traditional, stable Christian wholesome values. Describing myself, while I am not one to brag, I'd say I'm somewhat attractive, generous-natured, warm, caring and hospitable. In good health (thank God), filled with the Spirit, polite, somewhat shy and reserved (I'm of English ancestry), sentimental. Intelligent. Currently trying to read the entire Bible. I love cats and my future husband must too! I've never married, but haven't given up yet! Hopeful romantic. Some sports I like are swimming, cycling, roller and ice skating, nordic skiing, walks in botanic gardens and moderate hikes in the foothills. As for music, enjoy some contemporary Christian, some gospel, soul, jazz, classical music and British Invasion classic rock. Enjoy listening to Christian radio programs featuring pastors from Calvary Chapel such as Chuck Smith, Greg Laurie, Skip Heizig, Ravi Zaccahriah, Raul Ries, Dave Rolph, Kay Smith and the Hour of Decision w/BGEA. I'm the domestic sort and enjoy cooking, etc.
