I am compulsively creative and love many types of art. I love quick wit and can segue from ridiculous to deep and serious in a heartbeat.

I'm not here for free food. I'm not a casual date. I am happy you're reading my profile.
I love my siblings and would die for them in a heartbeat. I love it when my dogs drag me down the sidewalk. I love driving my standard down windy roads. I love music and musicians, though I'm not one. I giggle sometimes, chuckle sometimes, laugh outright and sometimes I just snicker. Any of the above are fine by me. I love playing cards, scrabble, strategy games, group games. I love the idea of dancing but am a rookie at best.
My home is open to those in need, the broken but beautiful who God sends to knock on my door.
I live in community, love to examine how every element of life reflects and can glorify God. I am open handed with "my" things, because while I enjoy them I do not live for them. I love to find people sleeping on my couch or digging through my fridge, invited or otherwise.
I have a lip ring. I love black. I am assertive but gentle and love to smile. I live and breathe God as truth. I'm not too fond of the "traditions of men," especially the damaging ones, but I believe non-conformity is a wonderful and dangerous path which requires a lot of communion with God and wise counsel!

I'm a political and Biblical hodgepodge, a "frankenstein's monster" of christian ideology, if you will. I'll take the Christ-honoring parts, thanks, and leave the rest. Which sometimes leaves me the most liberal among conservatives and most conservative among liberals, but able to chill with either. Being a Christian means being loved by God. He is my gravity, I can't pull free of Him. All of which sounds intense, but I live it with grace and a smile, a listening ear and lots of hugs. No worries, I don't bite. Nor do my dogs. Or my sister's cat. Or our snake. Or our bunny. Or our gecko. The kids I mentor, on the other hand...
