I'm a thoughtful, patient, and caring guy with a strong taste for adventure and mayhem in small doses. I've got a great family back home and good friends all over, but I'm finding my own way. I've lived in the ghettos of Philly and the woods of Alaska, and several places in between.

I gave up my stressful, well-compensated Beltway job for a season of rest and reinvention here where things are a little calmer. I grew up doing manual labor by day and reading thick books by night. I'm still pretty decent with both a wrench and a turn of phrase. I love having arguments for the fun of a friendship or a flirtation, and the simple joy of weaving words. I see it as playful, not something to take personally.
