I am a Christian because I was in church as a child. When I was 13 yrs I was in a revival meeting and felt the call of God I went to the alter and gave my life to the Lord later baptised in the river below my Grandma house so all through my life I have studied the scriptures not as much as I should But all decisions I take before the Lord in prayer and Wait for an answer sometimes I don't get an answer but while waiting when one door shuts he opens a better offer . I know I will find a partner that He has for me and if he doesn't then there is some reason I am still here so my work is not finished I went to college at the age of 30 yrs and it was not my idea but the Lords so I waited and continued to pray is this your will Lord or mine? well after a month I had a sudden peace and I said ok Lord I'll work very hard you make the grades well He did after the 3rd semester I was on the Deans list and I received a scolorship based on grades and gradeuated with a 3.8 average and extremely high State board scores I retired and moved away when I was 49 yrs. I felt like it was all behind me But it was another beginning I took care of parents and 3 Aunts and one Uncle and my late husband. Now I do believe my nursing is behind me But I will do the Lord's will. I am not a fanatic I just wait upon the Lord and I try to be patient and He ans. in his own time. So now I look back on my life and I can see through the worst of times all I could hear was " Be still and know that I am God" that was at the lowest times in my life.. and I realized He was carrying me through I could not do it on my own.
