Some words to describe me include 'authentic', someone with Christian values, understanding, honest, trustworthy, serious when I need to be and funny when I can be, shy, mature, and responsible. I am looking for someone who is mature yet know how to have fun. Any type of relationship is a two way steet. Relationships are first and formost. Career is second.

On a mission, following my passion...to live, to make continual improvements, to continually learn, to have healthy relationships and make a positive difference. As far as a professional life, I am trying to follow my passion for helping people and making improvements in organizations. This career change has been mostly about the kind of person I want to become in the workplace. I try to learn everything I can about Human Resources...I read a lot of professional books, such as "Seven Habits of Highly Effective People" and "21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership". One day I hope to become a Human Resource Generalist or Manager. : )
In my free time, when I am not working or reading professional books...I like to Dance Salsa and Swing, kareoke, eat out at resturants, bike, hike, hang out downtown, meet new people, hang out at coffee shops, spend time on Facebook, have meaningful discussions, bike, hike, camp, volunteer, church events, drink at bars, try new things, music and movies : )
