I've remained single over the last 18 years, I dated some, was engaged, but the road as a single parent had little room to focus on anything else, other than my two children. I had no parents to help, nor an "ex" around to offer a helping hand, so it was a challenge that I grew from and would ask God to do it all over again, to see the outcome of not only myself, but my kids today!!!
